This boutique coastal development of eight luxury residences in Peregian Beach showcases how thoughtful design can be combined with exceptional build quality. Designed to embrace the coastal location, northern light, and cooling sea breezes, the project is a celebration of contemporary coastal living.

Our studio became involved after the Development Application design was approved. From this point, we took over the construction documentation and carried the project forward into delivery on site. Being involved at this critical stage meant not only ensuring technical accuracy, but also translating the design vision into a buildable reality. Collaboration was key: working alongside the builder, we developed a detailed set of construction drawings and specifications tailored to the unique demands of coastal living. 

Each residence is carefully planned to make the most of its coastal setting. Floor plans are oriented to maximise open living areas that are flooded with natural northern light and durable, low-maintenance materials were chosen to withstand the harsh coastal environment while maintaining a refined and elegant aesthetic. Every junction, façade detail, and finish was carefully documented and reviewed to allow for longevity without compromising on style. The result is a series of homes that balance resilience with sophistication, offering residents a timeless setting for modern beachside living.

Our role extended beyond documentation. Throughout the construction process, we provided ongoing architectural support through site meetings, builder/consultant coordination, and quick responses to queries. This hands-on involvement allowed us to safeguard the design intent while ensuring the project remained on schedule and delivered to a high level of craftsmanship.
